Where are orders shipped from?

Orders are shipped straight from our HQ in sunny North Bondi. 

Free shipping

We love a good deal, and we know you do too! That’s why we offer complimentary express shipping on orders over $200 AUD (Australia only). Don’t worry, we’ll apply it automatically at checkout, so you can spend more on your next beach day.

Address amendment and shipping redirection

If you’ve made a mistake with your shipping address, don’t panic! Just contact us ASAP at contactus@psbondi.com. We’ll do our best to update your details before we ship.

However, if your order has already shipped, we’re afraid there’s no turning back. Once it’s out the door, it’s out of our hands (but in the capable hands of Australia Post or DHL).

Also, we recommend someone be available to sign for your parcel. We can’t take responsibility for lost or stolen orders if:

  1. No one is around to sign for it (sorry, your neighbor’s not a substitute for your signature).
  2. You gave us the wrong address (no take-backsies, folks).
  3. It was sent to a temporary address like a hotel or AirBnb after you’ve left – we can’t chase you down there.

Cancellations? Once your order is in transit, it's too late.

Delivery times

Our delivery times are just a suggestion – we don’t have a magic crystal ball. If you’re ordering in-stock items, please allow up to 4 business days for packing. During sales, it could take up to 10 days (we’re packing like it’s a Black Friday sale).

Remote areas (we're looking at you, outback) might also take a little longer. If your order is taking forever, give us a shout at contactus@psbondi.com and we’ll check in on it.

Tracking

Once your order is packed and ready to go, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If you’ve ordered a bunch of items, don’t be surprised if they ship separately. You’ll get separate emails and tracking numbers for each one – we’re just trying to get everything to you as quickly as possible.

Lost and return to sender parcels

If your parcel gets lost in the wilds of the postal system, we’ll do our best to replace it. But we can’t offer refunds on lost orders – it’s like a game of hide and seek.

If your order gets returned to us for reasons like unpaid customs fees or no one being home to accept it, our  team will reach out. Unfortunately, if we have to ship it back to you, you’ll be responsible for those additional charges.

If you don’t want the order after it’s returned to us, we’ll issue a credit note. But keep in mind, the shipping and customs fees for returning it will be deducted from that credit. Sorry, we don’t make the rules (well we do but you know....)
