Returns and Exchange Policy

At P.S. Bondi, we want you to love your swimwear as much as we love the ocean (which is a lot). Here’s how our returns policy works, so you can shop stress-free:

Store Credit Returns:
We get it, sometimes things just don’t work out. We accept returns for change of mind, size swaps, or style changes – but only for store credit or exchanges. No refunds unless your item is faulty or damaged (we’re not in the habit of making mistakes, but hey, it happens).

Return Eligibility:
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return (unless it’s a holiday purchase between November 27th and December 24th, then it’s 30 days). Your return needs to be in pristine condition: unworn, unwashed, tags still on, hygiene liner intact, and no funky smells (we love perfume, but your swimwear doesn’t - so no perfumes, oils, or the stench of a regretful beach party).

Store Credit Issuance:
When you return your item, you’ll get store credit. But note, it's online only, because who’s actually going to the store anymore?

Sale Items:
All items in our SALE section are final sale. They’re like the last piece of cake at a party – once it’s gone, it’s gone. No returns, no restocks.

Shipping Costs:
You’re responsible for the return shipping! Once you submit your return request, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how to return your item. Please allow up to 5 business days from when we get your return to issue your store credit. Also, we’re not responsible for any lost or damaged returns during shipping – treat your return like it’s a fragile package containing your dreams.

Promotions and Discounts:
Bought something on sale or with a discount? If you return it, you’ll get store credit for the amount you paid, not the original price. Any replacement items will need to be purchased at their current full price. Discounts don’t stack, people.

How to Lodge a Return /Exchange 

To initiate your return or exchange, please send an email with your order number to contactus@psbondi.com.au

You will be responsible for the cost of returning your item and the shopping cost for posting the new item if you opt for an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
